What it is all about

Bettina Manu-Landgrafe came to Ghana as a trained pediatric nurse for a volunteer service – and decided to stay. For over 20 years, she has worked with her local team to provide hands-on help for self-reliance, founding the organization Madamfo Ghana (Friends of Ghana).

Christine Fischer, a long-time supporter of Madamfo Ghana, has played a crucial role in enabling numerous projects with her committed efforts.
