GROW GHANA Initiative
Addressing chronic malnutrition in children is a significant issue in Ghana, leading to life-threatening problems.
To combat this, we’ve initiated a Kindergarten and Primary Schoolfeeding Program, providing daily meals for 600 children in four villages in the Ashanti Region.
Local women are employed to cook for the children, using locally sourced ingredients from nearby markets. This not only aids the children, but also supports local market women who can now better care for their own children.
